True or False about female body building...

As a female body builder, building muscle will make you slower and less flexible. Contrary to what you may think, building a significant amount of lean muscle mass will actually speed you up rather than slow you down. It doesn't matter if you are a male or female body builder.

Muscles are responsible for every movement that the female body builder makes, from running to jumping to throwing. The truth to the matter is that the stronger a muscle is, the more work it can do and the more force it can apply. In the female body building world, having stronger, more muscular legs means increased foot speed, just as having stronger and more muscular shoulders means the ability to throw farther for the woman body builder.

Aerobic training should be included in your plan while working to achieve that stunning physique. Aerobic can help in many ways such as balance, cardiovascular and also help maintain good breathing habits.
