Teenagers Entering Bodybuilding

Not all people starting bodybuilding are thin and want to gain mass. There also are teen people who think they may be overweight and want to start bodybuilding or shaping up in order to lose the extra pounds and look good.

For the teen bodybuilders or body shapers, since they are young, their metabolism is still quite fast. They have to combine exercises with more heathly food than they are currently eating, in order to lose fat and tone up. How to lose weight for teens should not be hard to do, exercise, stay away form junk food and start eating healthy.

Natural Bodybuilding Vs Steroids Fueled!!

Bodybuilding is a beautiful art. We always admire the body in its best and sculpted form. Only through serious body building can such a well developped body be achieved. Well, we also see wonderfully built physique in other sports such as gymnastic, swimming, boxing, etc. but only bodybuilding can give that final touch combining muscle mass, definition and symmetry.

Now that bodybuilding has become mainstream as any other sports, in a sense that it has become a business. We have seen many bodybuilders that were seriously promoting the art of bodybuilding in the days, guys like Boyer Coe, Robbie Robinson, Danny Padilla, the late Mentzer brothers, Sergio Oliva and many more. One guy that is past and present in bodybuilding as well as a governor is the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger.

After reading the book "juiced" by Jose Canseco, one can freely assume rightly or wrongly that such great physiques of past and present can only be a combination of great genetic, hard work and chemical savvy. After all, someone who has dedicated his life to a sport, any sport, would like to see some kind of return of his investment in time and money.

Having said all that, it is still good to see great physique built naturally through hard work, good nutrition and over the counter supplements found at GNC store for instance. Will that body be as massively built and sculpturally defined as a Mr. Olympia contestant? We'll have to wait and see!

Bodybuilder has to constantly re-evaluate themselves in terms of where they are now and where they want to be in 2, 5 , 10 years time. They have to keep on getting a steady feed of good advice and knowledge in order to keep the spirit up and running, let's admit it, it is not always easy to go to the gym. Bodybuilders, female bodybuilders are human beings too, prone to disease and sickness as any other common mortals.

Bodybuilders should make a habit to read the latest developments in the health, nutrition and latest diet fields in order to stay ahead of the game.

Diet to boost testosterone level

Oysters is loaded with zinc mineral and should be a food in your top food group. True or False about female body building...

As a female body builder, building muscle will make you slower and less flexible. Contrary to what you may think, building a significant amount of lean muscle mass will actually speed you up rather than slow you down. It doesn't matter if you are a male or female body builder.

Muscles are responsible for every movement that the female body builder makes, from running to jumping to throwing. The truth to the matter is that the stronger a muscle is, the more work it can do and the more force it can apply. In the female body building world, having stronger, more muscular legs means increased foot speed, just as having stronger and more muscular shoulders means the ability to throw farther for the woman body builder.
